Move around fields or other elements using drag and drop: Just select the field you want to move by clicking it with the right-hand mouse button and drag it to the place you want it to be.
(1) Insert Field
Add any available field for the current form field. Or create a new field to insert by selecting "Add New.." in the drop down menu.
(2) Insert Group
Flexibly combine different group types to create the layout you want. You can even embed groups inside other groups, allowing for even the most complex layouts.
There are 3 available group types: vertical, horizontal and group with header.
Vertical group allows to place form fields in vertical stack one below eachother.
Horizontal group allows to place form fields in horizontal stack one after eachother.
Group with header allows to place form fields in vertical stack one below eachother and to display a header for it.
Collapsable checkbox (12) allows to specify if an icon should appear to collapse/expand the content of this group.
(3) Insert Tabs
Add tabs into the content editor web part to group fields and other elements in seperate tabbed sections. Tabs are styled by default to fit well for forms in SharePoint 2013 look, therefore they appear natural in your forms design. Tabs can be easily reordered, fields are moved to the tabs by simple drag & dropping.
(4) Insert Toolbar
Add a toolbar at the position selected. For example to place the Save and Cancel buttons at the top of the form as well.
(5) Rich Text Box
Add a rich text box into the form. In a rich text box you can freely edit content like formatted text, hyperlinks, tables, images or other media. Fields can be moved to the editable area too by simple drag & dropping.
(6) Reordering and delete actions
Rich form provides an easy way of moving and deleting any UI element on the form.

(9) Show grid lines
Show/hide grid lines when designing your form to see the outlines of all the groups and other elements. This is turned on by default.
Define how the field labels are aligned or if they are shown at all. When selecting a group the selected option is applied to all the fields in this group. By default, all field labels are aligned to the left in vertical groups and to the top in horizontal groups.
(11) Only Display
If you want a field to not be ediatble set this checkbox. Note: Only one instance of a specific field can be editable.
Defines if the header of a
Group with header will be collapsable: an icon should appear to collapse/expand the content of this group.
(13) Reset Form

(14) Uncustomize Form
